![]() Next issue was I ordered extra pizza for the parents of the children attending the party. I said I need juice not soda and she AGAIN shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t do the ordering we don’t have any juice left. (I guess she didn’t hear me because she was on the phone). I of course chose juice and even mentioned this to her when I got there. When I booked the party I was told juice and soda was an option. The pizza finally comes and she comes out with 2 bottles of soda. I called Ray’s pizza directly to find out the status of my pizza. I said well I will call them and ask them where they are. We didn’t bother asking the guy because again his face was buried in his phone so we asked Cheery and she said we don’t control the pizza and again shrugged her shoulders. ![]() At 2:05pm still no pizza in site and 16 5 year olds running around I went up to inquire with my mother in law. I had strict rules you only bowl until 2 and pizza is delivered and you eat. I held my tongue because this was my son's birthday party. The condescension and lack of professionalism was unbelievable. Every time I asked her a question she would shrug her shoulders and say yes I guess, it's up to you. She was actually annoyed that she had to tell the person on the call (Mark) that he had to hold. I walked up to the girl who was setting up the tables (it is now 12:15 and party starts at 1pm) and I had some questions for her. ![]() I asked him where my party was and he responded "uh i guess over there". I then walked up to a young kid who had his face buried in his phone. When I walked in the girl that worked there was on her cell phone talking setting up a table and didn't look up at me even though I had all birthday items in my hand. I had my son's birthday party there and had 16 children.
